We want you to be fully satisfied with your Orolay purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is effortless and worry-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
